Instagram:

In order to navigate on Instagram you can either go onto the search bar and type in what content you may want or follow certain accounts in which you'll then get more content recommended to you on your feed that you may like more. You can then scroll through the content or refresh to find more. There are also other ways to use the app as you can click onto people profiles if they have uploaded something new in which you can then view whatever they have posted. 

The purpose of Instagram is to let people from young teenagers to adults communicate/be involved with things like celebrities, brands or other people. It lets them share images or videos about themselves and can also act as a way for businesses to communicate with customers or let their customers be involved with them. In terms of Instagram's target audience they aim at audiences from A,D as it can depend on what people use Instagram for.  

For accessibility Instagram have different setting for example if someone may have dyslexia then there are options like using the light or dark theme which may make it easier for/help them to read it easier. They also have a setting to help visually impaired users which uses object recognition technology to read out what the image is. To do this they select Alt text in which it will then describe/read out what the image is to the visually impaired user.  

The file size for Instagram can vary depending on the device that's used. For example for an android phone  the file size of Instagram is 38.49 MB whereas for something like an iOS the file size is 171.7 MB. The file size may be different as it can depend on whether the app is optimised for the specific phone you are using for example someone who owns and iPhone may have a better optimised phone for Instagram, meaning that it will function better whereas someone using a Samsung may not have an optimised phone meaning they can't use some of the features which is why the size of the app is smaller. 

Something that Instagram would need to follow is to make sure that they include all ethnic minorities meaning that they need to include everyone they can for example black people, white people, asian people and all other people from other ethnic backgrounds. The reason Instagram would need to do this is so that their content on the app reaches and includes everyone so that no-one feels left out. They also need to make sure that their content on their app doesn't discriminate specific people and that their aren't any offensive content on their app.

Interactive website: APPS

For the interactive website it allows for you to design your own website for this example APPS you can create your own website for liquor. When clicking onto the website there will be a button that says create project before giving the person a step by step guide of how to create their own website. It also allows for you to design what you want to put onto the website to make it more unique for customers. While navigating on the app it will give you step by step guide to follow as you create your website as this makes it much easier for the person wanting to create the website. 

The purpose of this website is to allow people to create their own website based around liquor it lets them have control over how they want to create their own website and include whatever they want that could attract customers. In terms of target audience it may be aimed at working class as they may be the type of people who want to create a website for their business and want to target new customers while promoting their business. 

For accessibility they have kept their website simple as when you select to create the website it looks very simple as there is only one question in large font which is on a simple coloured background. This makes it easier for visually impaired people to read and can also make it easier for dyslexic people to read as its large font on a different coloured background. They have also kept their questions simple as they only ask you things like if your over 18 as the website is about creating your own liquor website. When it shows you how to create the website their is audio which tells you what to do. This could be more beneficial for people with eyesight problems as they can listen to what they need to do instead. If they are deaf however it also shows you visually what to press in order to create your website.   

The file size for the interactive website is smaller as designing the website itself can be done online meaning that you don't need to waste space or time downloading more apps in order to use the interactive website. By not having a file size online it means that people can save storage on their device until they need to download something from the website or after they have created their website they can then download their finished product. This means that they can save storage until they have built their website which will mean there's more storage for them to design their website and means they can add more items to the website like images or fonts before downloading it.  

A law that this website needs to follow is copyright. This means that when people create their website they don't use anything that already belongs to people like images or videos. This means that they will either need to get permission to use these first or they will need to create their own for their website. The reason they'll need to do this is because if they don't then there website can be removed for using stolen content which is why they need original instead.  

Disney+

For Disney+ it is an app which contains all shows and more that Disney have created. Within this everything is then in different categories for people to choose for example they can select Marvel, Pixar or 5star which will all have different tv shows or films to choose from. The website overall is easy to navigate as everything on Disney+ is easy to follow/navigate. To help with this they have a large box around the film that you're looking at so that you know where you are on the app. There are also other sections that help to navigate as it separates films into more categories for example when choosing a Marvel film it will then put all the films into timeline order so that you don't have to search for each individual film all the time. 

The purpose of the app is to put all Disney created films, tv shows and more onto one app. This means that  people can access all films on one app instead of having to buy all the films or subscribing to another competitor like Amazon prime or Netflix. The point of this is also to make it easier for their audience as it means all the films they may want are digitally on one app and all they have to do is find it and click on it instead of having to go out and find a real copy of the film. For their target audience they may aim the app at people like the mainstreamer (who seeks security) as this app allows them to watch all the films they want from home without needing to go out and buy anything. The explorer as they may want to discover new types of films like the Marvel cinematic universe. 

For their accessibility they keep their app simple as the only thing they show are all the films and tv shows that they have access to which shows that all they want you to do is find a film you like, click on it and then press play to start watching it. They have also kept the layout of the app pretty simple as when you're on the app the only thing it shows is a picture of the film with the name either on it or above it. The app also uses darker colours as this will be easier for people who may be dyslexic to read the different names of the films/tv shows. At the top of the app is where the search bar is as if people struggle with the overall layout then they can just search for whatever film they are looking for on Disney+. 

The file size for Disney+ varies as on something like a console it is around 200 MB but when going onto google and typing in the website it is only 133 KB. The smaller file size means that when downloading the app it will install much faster as the file size is much smaller meaning that there is less content for it to download. This also means that broadband speed will be faster for downloading as it doesn't need to get as much data order download the app.

Something that Disney need to factor in is data protection of peoples accounts. This is so that unauthorised  people don't get access to others accounts and start using them without permission. This means that Disney will need to protect all the information of their customers account to make sure people (hackers) don't get any of their valuable information like there details of accounts. 

Xbox app:

Xbox app allows you to use your Microsoft Xbox account but on their app instead. This means you can buy games, add friends or look at screenshots on an app instead of being on the console. To navigate on the app their is a list of different catorgires on the app which go from showing you the friends you have on Xbox to looking at your message. However down the side of the app lets you look on the Xbox store to look at games or look at achievements. When navigating on the app it also shows different images above the top which will make it easy for people to know which section they may be looking for. To make it easier they have a search bar at the top of the app which will allow you to search for whatever you want that is on the app. 

The purpose of the app is to allow people to access their Xbox accounts but on a phone instead of on their console. This also means you can use it on the go and means you're not confined to only using your console. It means that people can look at captures from other people playing games like Minecraft or Call of duty or look at games on their app instead of them having to go onto the Xbox store and then look at games on a console. It means that the overall purpose of the Xbox app is to make using an Xbox/account easier for their customers as it lets them access everything their Xbox console would but onto a phone/tablet or computer instead. 

To start with the Xbox app uses a darker colour scheme. This could be beneficial to people who are dyslexic as it can make it easier for people to read meaning that they can have full access to the app. It also uses image icons instead of words for example the message icon is two message boxes which for most people or people that could could eyesight problems or reading may know that's where they are able to message others as people may recognise images faster then words and they don't have to read it either. Another thing that makes it more accessible for people who may have a disability is their captures/video section. The reason for this is because when you click on the section it show you the image/video straight away means that all you have to do to watch it is click the play button and then the video will start.   

The file size for Xbox app was 300 MB however since then the size of the app has got smaller and is now only 60 MB. This is a positive for people as it means that download speed will be much quicker due to the fact that the file size is far smaller than it was. It also means that it will save storage on whatever device that it's being installed on meaning that there will still be more storage for other apps. 

Microsoft will also need to make sure that they follow data protection act as when creating a Microsoft account and connecting it to your xbox app it will have your personal information on it and this will need to be protected. However Microsoft crate different ways to make sure that not everyone can get access to your data for example,e on elf the things they ask is if you want to keep yourself signed in or whether you would prefer to type in your password everytime you log in. By choosing that option they're making your accounts tore secure. 

Call of Duty Warzone:

Call of duty warzone is a first person shooter in which the objective of this game is to be the last person alive. The navigation when on the Call of Duty warzone could be considered simple. The reason for this is because when you load the game up it will take you to a menu that will then let you select whatever game mode you want. For example you can select solos, duos or squads to then go into a battle royal. However when navigating on the app there are also many other options which are things like settings, graphics, and audio which you need to click on in order to change. The game also has other sections that you can look at/navigate to these consist of character selection, battle pass and the store where you can buy more content for the game. 

The purpose of Call of Duty Warzone is that you are placed into an online multiplayer combat match which will have 150 people total and then you must be the last person alive in order to win. Other purposes of the game is that it is meant to be a form of entertainment for people who play the game and in some cases can help people separate themselves from the real world and go into a fantasy world instead,  like Call of duty or any other game which can help them escape from reality. Another purpose of the game is that by them using a battle pass it makes the players want to play the game more in order to unlock rewards that are within the battle pass.

The accessibility for the game can vary depending on who plays the game. The reason for this is the game itself has different setting that you can choose. For example you can add subtitles when playing which for someone with a disability it could help with them knowing what's happening in that specific scene of better understand what the characters are saying in the game. There are also other ways that games like call of duty can have better accessibility, for example there is equipment that can let people who may have a disability play games like Call of duty.

The file size of Call of Duty varies depending on the content that you have for example the size of Call of duty Warzone on devices like Xbox, PlayStation and Pc is around 53 GB. However this can be increased when you are more content to the game like the multiplayer and campaign from Call of duty modern warfare, the file size is then increased as there is more content for people to play. This means that things like download speed can be greatly effected depending on what you want in the game as if you want the file size to be smaller then it will mean less content but faster download speed but you want more content then it will mean a slower download speed. 

Activision who make the Call of Duty games will also need to consider things like data protection as when people play this game they'll be using their accounts on their consoles or Pc. This means that all the data will also be on it like names, location or even bank accounts when wanting to buy something in game and means that they need to make sure that random people can't access their accounts or their information. It means that they'll need to create passwords to keep data safe. They also need to make sure that they monitor in game conversations and actions as there could be things said that may discriminate or he aimed at specific people
