Interactive elements:  When creating my website there will be a range of interactive content that will be included for customers to use like videos, maps and an image gallery. The videos will be included as they will give customers an insight into the the work that the client does. The videos will show the client working and will help customers to understand the work that he does. As well as help to promote his work and business at the same time. The interactive map will be included as it will help customers to find out where Bradshaw's Greenspaces is and means they can visit if they need a gardener and an interactive map will also help customers to find out whether he is local to where they live or not. In this report I will be looking at how the legal and ethical issues will effect my website and the way they can effect the client and customers.  Data protection: The first legal issue that needs to be considered is data protection act when creating the website. Data protection exists to keep peoples personal information safe. This means that it needs to protect peoples information while online. The reason this needs to be considered is because when the website is going to be built there will be a page where potential customers can type in their contact details if they want to contact the client. This means that information like their email, phone number and names need to be protected so that their personal information isn't stolen. Interactive media product: The interactive media product that I will be creating is a website for my clients business. This business that the website will be based around will showcase/inform new customers about the clients business. The website will also act as another way for customers/potential customers to contact the client.  Target audience: The target audience for this will be aimed around customers/potential customers who will want to find out about the business. This means that the website will be aimed at an adult audience that will need a gardener. In terms of the audiences age for the website it would be aimed at a more elderly age group who are unable to do their own garden anymore. They can use them to show people the types of products they have or for people to buy from. Webpages can also be best used to find out general information. Instagram: In order to navigate on Instagram you can either go onto the search bar and type in what content you may want or follow certain accounts in which you'll then get more content recommended to you on your feed that you may like more. You can then scroll through the content or refresh to find more. There are also other ways to use the app as you can click onto people profiles if they have uploaded something new in which you can then view whatever they have posted.  The purpose of Instagram is to let people from young teenagers to adults communicate/be involved with things like celebrities, brands or other people.
